Calligraphy

I always, liked calligraphy as an art form, and if the group values their language a lot, then perhaps they would have a calligraphic tradition. Of course this means that we would perhaps be wise to come up with a writing system.

I actually posted somewhere else, but I'd like to devise an orthography. To do so, though, I think we need to have the phonology and phonotactics nailed down. Are they pretty firm? (No glides?)

What I can say about it was that I wanted to make it look rather like Hebrew but also wanted to make an individual 'squiggle' lok perfectly innocent.

The place where the Latin consonant is written is supposed to be the place where the vowel sign will be inserted later. The * is for an individual vowel frex at the beginning of a word.

I can spend some time working on this today. It'd be ideal if we could all collaborate and come up with a consensus for a script.
